Development Program

Sign up now for our Ducks Club Development League to receive elite training from our Ducks coaching staff. Ducks Club Development League is for female athletes who want to continue playing volleyball during the winter/spring, but for any reason were unable to participate on an indoor club team.  The league takes place from January to early April. The goal of the training is to provide athletes an opportunity to continue developing and learning the game of volleyball, through focused well rounded skill development, and various tactical game play situations. All sessions will consist of 45 minutes of skill development and an introduction to Ducks systems, followed by 45 minutes of competitive game-like scenarios to create a much deeper level of learning.

Location:  Hillcrest Middle School

Times: Fridays 6:15 – 7:45

Dates: January 10, 2020 – April 24, 2020

Exclusion Dates: Feb 14, Feb 28, April 10, April 17

Cost: $300

*Currently at capacity with athletes who attended tryouts and were not placed on teams. Please register for our waitlist!

Registration Cost Includes:​

  • 10 sessions 1 hour and 30 minutes
  • Insurance
  • 1 t-shirt
  • Facility rental
  • Instruction
  • Attendance in the Development Series Championship TBA
  • 2-3 exhibition matches with other development team

Additional Information

*Information regarding payment will be sent to you via email once your registration has been accepted, training fills up very quickly, and a wait list will be created

*All athletes receive a Ducks T-Shirt if registration is received before TBA

*There will be no refunds for missed sessions

*Athletes will be placed into groups based on their age, skill and ability levels to ensure the training they receive meets their needs

*Athletes may be asked to move sessions where appropriate, to provide a better learning environment

Refund Policy

It is club policy that refunds will ONLY be given under extenuating circumstances. Return of the registration fee must be approved by the registrar and will be prorated if the sessions have already begun. Refunds are subject to:

  • a $30.00 cancellation fee
  • prorated amount, based on the amount of sessions elapsed
  • deduction of unrecoverable costs (i.e. facility fees, affiliation fees, equipment, etc.
