About Karen
Karen is a wife to Ian, mom to Martin (18) and Jared (16), both of whom are passionate volleyball players and a middle school teacher. She loves coaching volleyball. She believes a focus on the development of fundamental volleyball skills and movement patterns, and ongoing mental training focussing on teaching athletes to never quit, but to find pleasure in the pressure that facing a tough opponent brings are amongst some of the foundations for the improvement her teams have experienced.
